問：2019年3月16日，到觀音堂拜佛時眼見整個佛台大放金光，觀世音菩薩、南無釋迦牟尼佛及大勢至菩薩接連幾次在觀世音菩薩瓷像上方顯化金光法身。
誦經完畢回到家中時，魂體被護法送進冥界聽審。
判官：『童子，這是心靈法門佛子放生的黑魚。因佛陀憐憫眾生受苦，在放生現場佛力加持，現特調黑魚靈體過來冥界訴說墮落地獄轉投畜生的果報。這隻比較大的黑魚靈體是這些黑魚靈體的師父，這些黑魚靈體（大約七八隻）都是X埔寨東南部某寺廟出家和尚。』
Enquiry:
On the 16th of March 2019, when I was paying respects to the Buddha in the Guan Yin Temple, the whole Buddhist altar suddenly radiated a golden light. Guan Yin Bodhisattva, Gautama Buddha and Dashizhi Bodhisattva manifested a golden Dharma form that appeared above the statue of Guan Yin Bodhisattva a few times.
After I finished reciting sutras and returned home, my spirit was taken by the Dharma protectors and sent to the underworld to attend a hearing.
The judge said, “Honoured guest, these are the spirits of a snakehead fish that the Buddhists of Guan Yin Citta had liberated. Because the Buddha takes pity on sentient beings for their suffering, at the location where the life liberation is performed, blessings of the Buddha would radiate over the area. This snakehead fish spirit was specially selected to be here and share its experience of why it suffered the karmic retribution of descending into hell and then reincarnated as an animal. This rather large snakehead fish spirit is the master of all the other snakehead fish spirits here. These snakehead fish spirits (around 8 of them) were all monastic monks in a temple of the southeast area of [Country X].
大黑魚靈體：『我自幼出家為僧，跟著我的師父X拉和尚修行。師父教會我天眼、天耳神通以及諸多佛教經典道義。我師父在世常告誡我，神通是為了觀察宇宙空間真實相以及明白佛陀的教義，神通雖然可以救人，但是也可以害人，好像雙面刀一樣。』
The large snakehead fish said, “When I was a child, I was initiated and became a monk. I followed my master X and cultivated. He taught me the supranormal powers of divine eyes and divine ears and also the profound teachings of many Buddhist scriptures. When my master was alive, he frequently told me that supranormal powers were used for observing the truth of the universe and space and for helping me understand the teachings of the Buddha. Although supranormal powers can help people, it can also harm then; it is like a double-edged blade.
大黑魚靈體：『X拉師父涅槃後，我繼承廟宇道場。我師父雖有神通可是很低調，可是我太重名利供養，附近的人以及其他縣區有疑難雜症難治者我都用神通顯化幫助他們。由於我神通的顯化，廟宇香火鼎盛，很多人也跟著我修習佛法神通。有一次，有一個人邪靈附體，在與邪靈對談中，我無法勸服邪靈離開欠債者接受佛法超度。我忘記X拉師父的話，如果遇到無法接受佛法超度的眾生不應該勉強，此乃這些眾生的因緣果報，他們的罪業所致。我施用神通力讓邪靈強硬離開，這個邪靈氣憤，不知道哪來的邪力把我神智打暈，用邪術控制我，壞我佛門戒律，讓我與眼前女子當場淫亂。』（罪靈在做超度法事時常讓自己與信眾獨處溝通。）
After master X passed away in nirvana, I inherited the responsibilities of the temple. Although my master possessed supranormal powers, he kept a very low profile. But I was enthralled by the offerings of fame and fortune. When any nearby residents of people from outer provinces with strange illnesses that couldn’t be cured approached me for treatment, I would manifest my supranormal powers to help them. Because of that, the temple prospered. Many people followed me to learn the supranormal powers of the Buddha-Dharma. One time, a person was possessed by an evil spirit. I exchanged dialogue with it but was unable to persuade it to leave the karmic debtor, and it was unwilling to ascend. I had forgotten about master X’s words that if I ever encounter a sentient being who was unwilling to ascend, then don’t force it. And that it was all part of the sentient being’s karma and caused by their past sins. So I used my supranormal powers to force the evil spirit to leave, and it became furious. I didn’t know how it conjured so much power, but it used its power to make me unconscious and occupied my body and influenced my consciousness. It made me break the disciplinary rules of Buddhism by becoming lustful to the woman in front of me, and we conducted sex. (Whenever the sinned spirit would conduct an ascension ritual, he would frequently be with the believer in private and communicate).
大黑魚靈體：『那次過後，我身上的神力一夜之間消失，什麼感應都沒有了。這件事，我弟子們都不知道。來廟宇供養的人少了許多。有一天，一富商女子來求我幫助懷子，我用神通探查她的因果時（罪靈專心修行懺悔又恢復神通力），讓我破戒淫亂的邪靈一直躲在我的廟宇附近觀察找機會報仇，邪靈在我魂魄離開下去冥界觀察時入侵我體內，讓我施法弄暈女子與她苟且（一旦破戒律，罪靈神通會消失）。我清醒時非常後悔，趕緊處理乾淨，女子醒來不知發生何事。過後，女子懷孕，誤以為是我的神通靈驗，到處宣揚。』
After that incident, the supranormal powers I had all disappeared in a single night, I could no longer sense anything. My fellow monks and disciples didn’t know about the incident, and the number of people who visited the temple dropped significantly. One day, the daughter of a wealthy businessman sought me to help her become pregnant with a son. So I used my supranormal powers to check her karma (the sinned spirit had recovered his supranormal powers are focusing on his cultivation and repented). The evil spirit that caused me to break the disciplinary rules and commit the deed of sexual misconduct was still hiding inside the temple, waiting for a chance to take revenge. When my spirit left the body to go down to the underworld to check, the evil spirit occupied my body and used my power to make the woman unconsciousness and engaged in sex with her. (If one breaks the disciplinary rules, then supranormal powers will disappear). After my consciousness returned, I regretted deeply, and I hurried to clean and tidy up the scene. When the woman woke up, she didn’t know what happened. Afterwards, she was pregnant, and she mistook me for using supranormal powers to help her, and she went spreading the word everywhere.
大黑魚靈體：『我為了名聲，為了錢財利益供養，我說服寺中子弟假裝用神通力加持在聖水裡，讓求子的女子喝下，然後讓弟子們與她們淫亂，不願意這樣做的弟子覺得我很可怕就離開我寺廟去其他道場修行，他們害怕我施法報復，所以不敢把廟裡的醜事說出去。一天夜裡，廟裡大殿失火，全廟僧人無一逃過此劫，全部葬身火海。死後，全部僧人被帶入無間地獄懲戒，受熔漿火燒之苦刑。是我害了他們。』
For the sake of fame and the offerings of money and wealth, I convinced my fellow monks in the temple to pretend using supranormal powers to bless the holy water and let any woman who wanted a child to drink it. Then I allowed them to commit deeds of sexual misconduct with them. Fellow monks who were unwilling to take part and thought that I was scary left the temple and went to other places to cultivate. Because they were scared that I would conduct rituals to take revenge on them, they didn’t dare tell anybody about the shameful acts of the temple. One night, the temple was set ablaze, and all the monks in the temple did not survive this calamity. Everybody died in the sea of flames. After death, all the monks were sent to the hell of Avici to be punished, where we were forced to drink and swallow molten lava as punishment. It was me who ruined them.
大黑魚靈體：『地獄懲戒出來後就轉投黑魚受刮鱗刀割苦刑，生生世世我和弟子們都不能得人身。放生現場，眼見天空七彩佛光映照在我們身上，讓我憶起這些罪孽。佛陀，請原諒我的弟子們，這些罪孽我全部承擔，讓他們轉投人道吧。我不配為師！X拉師父，是我錯了！』
After we were released from hell, we were to be reincarnated as a snakehead fish and forever suffer from the punishment of being cut into pieces, and for uncountable lifetimes, we will not attain a human body. At the site where the life liberation was performed, I saw the sky emitting colours of the rainbow and Buddha’s universal light bathed us and made us remember our past sins. Buddha, please forgive my fellow monks. I am responsible for all their sins, let them reincarnate into the human realm. I’m not qualified to be a master. Master X, I am wrong!”
判官：『唉，童子，妳可以離開了。』
魂體歸還陽世時讓弟子感慨萬千，空中傳來菩薩意念：『一念錯步步錯，身在佛門不好好持戒修行，追求名利供養才導致黑魚現在的果報。希望陽世的佛子們莫求神通，真修證悟佛陀法義真理。神通只是學佛路上的附屬品，可有也可無。』
感恩師父，感恩觀世音菩薩。

The judge, “Honoured guest, you may leave now.”
When my spirit returned to the living, all sorts of feelings welled up in my mind. A thought message from the Bodhisattvas was transmitted to me and said, “If one’s thought is wrong, everything they do is wrong. To reside within the place of Buddhism and do not properly observe the precepts and cultivate, and instead pursue fame and fortune will lead one to suffer the karmic retribution of becoming a snakehead fish. I hope that Buddhists in the living realm don’t pursue supranormal powers, and properly comprehend the truths and meanings of the Buddha-Dharma. Supranormal powers are just accessories that may manifest itself in the path of learning Buddhism. It’s not necessary.”

答：看見了嗎？師父和你們講得很清楚，讓你們不要追求神通。任何一個男人也好，女人也好，只要一動邪淫，你的功能很快就沒了，所以不能做壞事，一做壞事你根本沒有功能，要非常非常乾淨才看得見。很多人謗佛，自己看看就知道自己以後的苦了。當你用這種神通在人間作惡的時候，你知道你犯下了什麼罪？廟都燒掉了。你們可以去查歷史，柬埔寨曾經有沒有一個廟燒掉，很多人都燒死？查得到的，她講的全是真的。千萬不要拿自己的慧命開玩笑，一旦進入佛門就好好修，不要做惡事，為自己晚年討個平安，不然受起苦來苦得不得了，如果生骨癌的話，打嗎啡都沒用的，骨頭痛得鑽心。
Master’s reply:
Do you see? I have already said it clearly to you that you shouldn’t pursue supranormal powers. Whether it’s a man or woman, if they have lustful thoughts, your power will quickly disappear. That’s why you shouldn’t do unwholesome deeds. When you do, then you lose all powers. You must be extremely pure to possess those powers. Many people slander and defame the Buddha; if you check what happens to them later, you know that they will all suffer. When you use supranormal powers to commit unwholesome deeds in the human realm, do you know are the consequences? The entire temple gets burned to the ground. You can check the history and see whether any Buddhist temples in [Country X] were burnt to the ground where many people died? You should be able to check it out, everything she said is true. Don’t fool around with your wisdom-life. If you have been initiated into Buddhism, then properly cultivate, don’t do any unwholesome deeds for the sake of peace in your later years. Otherwise, when you start suffering the consequences, then, it would be unbearable. If you caught bone cancer, then even morphine will not relieve your pain as the ache and pain in the bones would be excruciating.
