继续跟大家讲人的念力。一个人的意念力其实很简单，如果一个人作恶多端，就会遭到很多人的诅咒，而这种诅咒实际上是一种能量的外施作用。要记住，一个人如果作恶多端，就会让别人恨你，大家都恨你、诅咒你，最后就会成为一种能量。如果这种能量超过了被人家诅咒的这个人自身的能量保护之后，比方说，这个人很有力量，但是大家都骂他之后，这个恶能量已经超过了保护他自身的能量，那么这个恶能量就会在这个人的身上产生作用。也就是说，这个人虽然很自信，但是所有的人都骂他不仁不义，骂到他自己的能量已经不能保护自己的时候，这个人会发生什么情况呢？就是轻则致病，重则损命。
In this chapter, we will continue the discussion about the power of intent. It’s very simple. For example, if a person had done a lot of wicked deeds, then many people would curse and hate them. This curse and hate can be viewed as radiation of negative energy from the people to the evil-doer. If this negative energy is greater than the evil-doer’s protective energy field, it will harm the evil-doer. Another example is if a guy has a high level of self-confidence, but everybody around him says that he is immoral and untrustworthy. Eventually, his level of self-confidence will drop. When his energy field is incapable of protecting him from the negative energy emitted from others, what would happen? He might become mentally sick. Or, in the worst-case scenario, his lifespan would be shortened.
如果这个人自身的能量场相当强，就算别人骂他，他自己又有很多人的支持，就有可能对这个人产生不明显的作用。比方说，很多国家的大选，这么多的人骂他，但是他为什么不倒呢？因为他也有这么多的人支持，他有能量，所以他就倒不下去。那么，很多人为什么支持不下去了呢？因为他得道多助、失道寡助。道理就是这样的。如果这个人就算现在不倒，但是有很多人在诅咒他，报应可能会发生在他的后代身上。很多人在人间很坏，但是他的确也帮了一些人，大家都诅咒他、骂他，他也不死，他也没倒霉，但是报应发生在他的后代身上，他的后代出事了。这就是民间流传的子孙报。很多人说：“我出生很好，为什么我这么倒霉？我投胎投在特别有钱的人家里，为什么我后来去讨饭？”这就是后世的子孙报。
If a person possesses a strong energy field, even if there are people scolding them, they will still have a lot of supporters. So the effects of the negative energy inflicted on them aren’t obvious. For example, if somebody entered into a presidential election, even though there will be people who hate him and disapprove of him, but because he has energy, he won’t be shaken. Then, how do they begin to lose supporters? It’s because a just cause attracts much support while an unjust one finds little. That’s the principle. Even if that person hasn’t fallen yet, because there are still many people who curse him, the karmic retribution might occur on his descendants instead. A lot of people might have done a lot of evil, but they might have helped some people too. So even if a lot of people curse them and scold them, they won’t die, nor would be encounter misfortune. But the karmic retribution would happen to their descendants, so their descendants would be the ones who meet with a mishap. Many people ask, “I was born in a privileged and wealthy family; why do I have nothing now? Why are there so many bad things happening to me?” That is why.
人的意识是一种无形的能量，看不见的能量，也可以称为你的意念力和意志力。这个人的意念很强，“我一定要怎么样”，所以人的这种无形的能量通过人的意识传播在空间之中，“我一定要做什么”，实际上你的这种能量场已经在空间中了，它会形成强度不同的能量波，就像人的脑电波一样。德国科学家做实验，当一个人在发脾气的时候，用红外线、紫外线给他照，头上像是打雷闪电一样。也就是说，人在发脾气的时候，人的脑电波、人的脑子想什么，在天空中会形成一股能量波，这都是科学家研究出来的暗物质。
A person’s consciousness is a kind of invisible energy generator that generates energy in the form of power of intent and willpower. “I must do that.” “I must be like that.” In reality, these thoughts are waves of energy emitted from your consciousness, just like brain waves. A German Scientific study shows that when a person loses their temper, if you view them using infrared and ultraviolet ray filters, then you would see their head as though it’s churning out lightning. In other words, when a person loses their temper, their brain waves and thoughts would form waves of energy. These are forms of dark matter which scientists have researched.
师父告诉你们，能量波在空中可以影响和改变事物的存在形态和发展方向。因为你心中有这种能量波，你会影响自己现在的形态和发展方向。举个简单例子，你现在的形态是生癌症了，你现在的形态是走不好的运，快要死了，你因为有强有力的能量波：“我不会死的，我有观世音菩萨慈悲，观世音菩萨一定会救我的，我做了这么多善事，我一定能够成功的。”这种能量波一旦在空中形成，就改变了你的命运。
Master tells you, energy waves transmitted could affect and change an object’s state of existence and direction of development. Because your mind possesses these energy waves, you could affect your current state and direction of development. For example, your current physical state is one that is inflicted with cancer. Your current state is now undergoing an unfavourable period of luck. You are going to die very soon. But because you generate strong energy waves, “I won’t die. Guan Yin Bodhisattva will show mercy towards me; She will definitely save me. I have done many wholesome deeds; I will definitely succeed.” When this kind of energy waves manifest, it could change your fate.
人的能量波是很厉害的，只不过能量的大小因人而异。意念力很强的人，可以改变事物存在的方式，可以影响到别人的意识；甚至自己能量很强的人，可以控制别人的思维。你们去看，那些谈判专家的能量特别强，因为他有信心：“我一定会把这个要死的人劝说回来。”在那个人要跳下去之前，他站在阳台边上慢慢地跟对方讲话，讲到对方回心转意，讲到对方的能量场被他完全控制，最后他说，“你下来吧，有话好好讲，我可以担保你怎么样”，对方相信他了，就下来了。为什么有很多女人会听男人的？因为男人的气场太大，女人相信他了呀。“你放心地跟着我吧，我一辈子爱你，我绝对不会抛弃你。”他的能量场强，她嫁给他了。
People’s brain waves are very powerful; it’s just that they can be big or small depending on the person. A person with strong powers of intent could change the state of things and affect other people’s thoughts. If the person was strong enough, then they could even control other people’s consciousness. Take a look; negotiators who seem to have a strong aura are all confident. “I must persuade this suicidal person back to us.” Before the suicidal person is about to jump off the side of the building, the negotiator who’s standing at the balcony keeps talking with the person so that they gradually change their mind. They keep talking so that could gradually control the other person’s energy field. Then, in the end, they say, “Come back down, if there’s something you want to say, we can say down here. I can promise you that it will go things your way.” The other person trusts the negotiator, so they come back down. Why do so many women listen to men? It’s because the men’s aura is greater, so they trust him. “You can be rest assured to follow me because I will love you for the rest of my life. I will never abandon you.” His aura is strong, and so she married him.
你们现在念《心经》、念《大悲咒》了，男人不能轻易骗你们的。如果一个不修心的人跑过来跟你说：“你放心了，你跟着我绝对不会吃苦的。”你一看他，这人不行，因为你的能量场很强，你是不会轻易相信别人的。如果你自己心中没有能量，别人讲一句话，你很快就会相信。心中有能量的人什么都知道。“你知道吗？这事情你可以做。”“开什么玩笑，我还不知道吗？”你心里想着。
You are now reciting the ‘Heart Sutra’ and the ‘Great Compassion Mantra’, so other men would not be able to deceive you easily. If an uncultivated person came up to you and said, “Relax, if you’re with me, you will never face hardships again.” When you look at them, you know that they aren’t capable because your energy field is greater. So you won’t trust others easily. If your mind doesn’t have power, you would quickly believe what other’s are saying. People who have the power within their mind knows what to do. “Did you know that you can do this?” You would be thinking, “Are you joking? How would I not know?”
我们有一个佛友，能量场不强，他没有这种强烈的意识，钱不是随便能弄到的，人家打电话说他中了100万，他还真的相信了，他还来问师父自己最近有没有财运，师父说“你会破财”，最后被人家骗去6000块。因为师父知道这种事情是不可能发生的，你的能量场不强，你就会被人家骗。女人为什么被男人骗？因为一般来说，男人的能量场比女人强。为什么很多男人听女人的呢？因为有些女人的能量场比男人强。道理就是这样的。
We have a fellow Buddhist who have a weak aura and doesn’t have a particularly strong consciousness, and he doesn’t earn money easily. He got a call that said he had won 100,000 yuan, and he truly believed it. He even asked Master whether he recently had wealthy luck. He replied that he would lose wealth. In the end, he was scammed for 6000 yuan. It’s because Master that these things would never happen. Because your aura is weak, that’s why you’ll get scammed. Why do women get cheated by men? It’s because men’s aura is typically stronger than women. Why do men listen to some women? It’s because the women’s aura is greater than the men’s. The principle is like that.
师父告诉大家，能够控制别人的思想，控制别人的意识，你跟着他跑了，说明他的能量比你强，所以许多人看上去以为是人为的因素决定的结果，实际上是能量场的规律。很多人说：“我不应该去的。”实际上，你不去也得去，这是能量影响你的必然的结果。举个简单例子，大家都关心股票，很多人都买股票，当股票涨到一定价位的时候，大家慢慢地就会有做空的意念，然后很多人就开始抛售股票。当股价跌到一定价位的时候，很多人的脑子里想的股市会好起来就会占住主导地位，然后牛市就会慢慢地到来。
Master tells you, if somebody could control your thoughts and consciousness, and they easily persuade you, it means that their energy is stronger than yours. When people see this, normally, they would think that it’s the result of human factors. But in reality, it’s the law of energy fields. Many people say something like, “I shouldn’t have gone.” In reality, even if you don’t want to go, you will still go. That is a definite result of the effects of energy fields. Take the example of share trading. After the share price has risen to a certain level, some people will think about taking profits and sell their shares. After the share price has dipped to a certain price range, many people would start to think that it’s time that it will recover and the bull market manifests.
我们不管做什么事情，如果你的心灵、你的思维被某种意识所控制，那么这个相应的磁场就会对你产生影响。很多人讲话磁场很大，这个人就能够控制别人的意志力，好的也有，坏的也有。师父问你们，希特勒是个魔，他当年发动二次大战的时候，他在上面讲话有没有力量？实际上，你们现在看他，他当时就是在忽悠他的老百姓，对不对？他的能量磁场很强，他是邪魔，他也有能量。你们看电影里面正和邪相互斗争的时候，是不是也是这样的？你看希特勒在上面讲话，下面的人沸腾了，他的那种能量场把人家的思维完全占据了。
Regardless of what you do, if another person’s consciousness controls your spirit and thoughts, similar energy fields will also affect you. A lot of people speak with power and energy. It implies they can control other people’s willpower. It can be good or bad. Master asks you, Hitler was evil. At the time of the Second World War, when he was on the stage, didn’t he speak with a lot of energy and power? In reality, if we view him now, we could see that he was deceiving the civilians. Isn’t that right? But his energy field was great. Even a demon has power. When you watch movies and watch the battle between good and evil, isn’t it like that? When Hitler was giving a speech on stage, it stirred the audience. His energy field had completely occupied the thoughts of the listeners.
人的能量场是很厉害的，当一个人决定做一件事情的时候，“我一定要做”，这个时候这个人的能量场在脑子当中就形成了。打个比方，如果一个人作恶多端，势力又很强大，纵然人家对他恨之入骨，但是又无可奈何，很多人深受其害，会在潜意识里想：“这个人早点晚点会有报应的。”一个人、两个人……一百个人、一千个人都这么想的时候，所有人的脑子里都会产生一种能量射上天空，在空中形成一股对这个人非常不好的能量场，那么在有效又短的时间当中，这个人的能量会变得非常弱，因为有众人跟他对抗，明白了吗？
A person’s energy field is very powerful. When they are determined to do something, “I must accomplish it,” at that moment, the energy manifests into a form inside their mind. To make an analogy, if a person does all kinds of evil and their influence is very strong, the people around them would hate them deeply yet helpless. Those who were victims or hurt would subconsciously think that the person would get karmic retribution sooner or later. If one person, then two people, then one hundred, then one thousand people and more thinks the same way, their brain would generate energy that would be emitted into space. This energy would gather and create a negative energy field directed towards that evil person. Eventually, the energy of that person would grow weak because a lot of people are against him. Do you understand?
再举个简单例子，在家里，妈妈和孩子相处的时间长，孩子跟爸爸接触少，爸爸跟妈妈吵架，开始的时候，这个孩子总是帮妈妈的，一起帮妈妈骂爸爸，爸爸一看这个能量场不够了，就带孩子出去买东西，就多陪孩子玩，等到再吵架的时候，妈妈跟孩子说：“孩子，你说，你爸爸是不是东西？”孩子不讲话了，等爸爸给他再买更多的东西后，孩子会说：“妈妈，你也有错。”好了，能量场过去了。
To illustrate this with another example, at home, if the child has more contact with the mother than the father, when both parents argue, the child would always side with the mother to fight against the father. Then when the father sees that his influence isn’t enough, he then takes the child to go shopping and buy toys for him and play with him more often. So then, if the parents argue again, and the mother says to the child, “Child, isn’t your father in the wrong?” The child doesn’t speak. Then if the father goes and buys more toys for the child, eventually the child would say, “Mother, you’re also in the wrong.” The mother’s influence and energy had been taken away.
所以，人就是自身的能量场。如果大家都对这个人不好，他的能量场会减弱。如果大家都骂他，大家都恨他，大家都鄙视他，那么这个人走到人群当中，眼睛都不敢看人，因为他的能量场微弱，他知道自己做错了，他不敢看人，他躲躲闪闪地走进来，找个位置就坐下来了。师父告诉你们，实际上，如果一个人被所有的人都攻击，所有的人都说他不好，那么这个人身上的正能量就会减少，负能量就会多，然后他可能会大病一场，或者出车祸造成死亡等。所以，保证身体健康，就是保证自己的正气浩然。师父曾经跟大家讲浩然正气，所以，身体好的人正气不受外来诅咒力的伤害。然而没人诅咒你，因为你从来不伤害别人，你在背后从来不讲别人不好。
Everybody possesses an energy field. If everybody treats you badly, your energy field would be weakened. If everybody shouts hateful words at you, hates you, or looks down on you, you wouldn't dare look at others when you walk into a group of people. That’s because your energy field is weak, so you’re afraid of having eye contact with others. So you would go to place discreetly and find a spot far from the crowd to sit. Master tells you if a person is attacked by people around them, and if everybody says they’re bad, then that person’s positive energy would weaken, and their negative energy would grow. Then they might fall ill or get into an accident. That’s why if you could keep your body in good health, then you are keeping your positive energy and sense of righteousness strong. Master talked about awe-inspiring righteousness before. That’s why people who have good physical health and are righteous wouldn’t get hurt by other people’s curse. Because you have never hurt others and you have never badmouthed somebody behind their back, nobody will curse you.
所以，人要永远保持能量不衰退，生老病死是自然规律，虽然不能违背，但是你只要保持自己的能量场，你照样可以使自己的生老病死全部推迟。如果你不能把自己的能量保持好，时间一长你就是自取灭亡。
That’s why it’s important to maintain one’s energy from waning. Although we can’t go against the natural law of birth, old age, illness and death, you still have the ability to slow down the inevitable process. If you cannot keep your energy in good condition, you would soon be inviting your demise.
随着我们人类自身选择的不断变化，不同意识的能量会组合。为什么现在只要有两三个人在一起，他们就会有意识组合？当一个人的能量场不够的时候，他说：“来，咱们一起商量这个问题。商量好之后，我们大家就一起这么做，这个事情一定会成功。”好了，他组合成一种很强能量场。踢足球实际上也是一种能量组合，一个人如果拿到球就想往球门踢的话，他永远赢不了球，他要靠大家合作的能量场。大家在上场之前是不是都很有信心啊？有，大家相互拥抱一下，手还要拍一下，你鼓励我，我鼓励你，这就是增加相互的综合能量场。
Different consciousnesses would gather into a collective energy field in accordance with the constant changes in decision-making that humanity makes. Why is it that when two or three people get together, they will form into a collective energy field? That’s because when one person doesn’t have enough energy, he would go to others and say, “Hey, let’s discuss how we can deal with this. If all is well, let’s cooperate. We will definitely succeed then.” As a collective, they become a strong force. Football teams are an example of a collective energy field. If one of the players hog the ball to himself and tries to score independently, he would never win. He must depend on and coordinate with his other teammates. When they get on to the stadium, aren’t they all confident? Before the match, they all form a group hug, and they all encourage each other to boost each other’s morale and energy.
这种综合能量场有时候直接会对人类的发展起作用。我们人做出的不同选择，会产生无数的念力，就是念头，因而出现无数不同的结果。很多人想这个想得太多了，他的结果就是很糟糕；有的人想那个想得太多了，他也会很糟糕。这就是我们说的一条道，一种选择。很多人选择正确，一生平平安安，选择不正确，一生倒霉，就是因为自己的气场跟不好的负能量相应了。师父要你们自己跟佛法、跟慈悲等好的东西相应，跟不好的能量作斗争，那就是去除负能量，这个人才能成功。
This collective energy field can sometimes have a direct effect on humanity’s development. Everybody’s decisions create countless intentions, and this leads to endless potential consequences. Many people end up with a bad outcome because they overthink things. Ultimately, it’s all about what kind of decision one makes. If one makes the right decision, their life will be peaceful and blessed. If not, then they will encounter endless misfortune. That’s because one’s energy field may resonate with external negative energy fields. Master wants you to follow the path of Buddhism so that your energy field will keep on resonating with compassionate and wholesome energies. You must fight against negative energies and get rid of them. Then you will succeed.
